I supported Google’s fleet of workstations across all 80 of its offices gaining experience with Linux, MacOS & Windows. It was required to engage with customers in other time zones with different cultures, placing an importance on DEIB.

• DSS (Internal Smart Hands) - I led a development team of 3 creating SQL queries allowing us to monitor the quality of tickets and visually present this data, displaying the effectiveness of the team.
• KCS (Internal Knowledge base) - I was able to resolve over 20 reported bugs in our documentation used by all internal Googlers.
• BreakBeatCode - Facilitated underprivileged children to learn python through music.
• Revision Sessions - I took responsibility to organise and host weekly revision sessions for the apprentice cohort.
